Title Re-establishment Surveys

When a title boundary needs to be redefined the best thing to do is get a re-establishment survey.

Some examples of the times these might be appropriate would be:
  • When you are extending a house or building on/near a boundary,
  • If you are making improvements to a fence or retaining wall,
  • or, when you need to double check boundaries during buying/selling.
  • Check the boundary position for your new house or unit development.

A re-establishment survey's results are displayed on a plan as well as marked in the ground to demonstrate the boundaries of the property. This ensures that there is no confusion as to where the boundaries lie.

Our team work to assist builders in better understanding your title boundaries so that work can be done right the first time.
